The Heat & Steam Rangehood, (AS 3.4.3 See Note: (C3.4.3) is specifically designed for the use of non grease producing equipment i.e. dishwashing equipment and the majority of deck & combi ovens. As an alternative to the standard code compliance, an enlarged capture (rangehood overhangs) area allows for a reduction in exhaust airflow.
