A complete demolition of the old kitchen ventilation systems (by us).. We then designed, supplied, installed, including the electrical and commissioned..

  • 2 energy efficient rangehoods back to back (5.1m long x 3m wide), serving the main cooklines
  • 3 heat & steam rangehoods, serving the combi oven, conveyor pizza oven and dishwashing equipment 
  • A turnkey kitchen exhaust system, connecting into all rangehoods on ground floor, utilising the existing chimney up and into the 1st floor, whilst continuing through and discharging at the roof turret. This system also includes a 2 hour fire retardant spray, due to entering a separate fire compartment 
  • A turnkey supply air system, utilising the existing 1st floor awning openings as the air intakes, dropping down a shaft and into the ground floor ceiling space to supplement the exhausted air in the kitchen
