Complete turnkey kitchen exhaust system, including;

  • 1 Energy Efficient rangehood (5m long x 1.4m wide) serving the main cookline 
  • 1 V-Filter bank rangehood serving the 3 large fryers. This V-Filter bank design was based on the overall height we had to work with on site 
  • 2 Heat & Steam rangehoods serving the combi and dishwasher equipment in the back of house kitchen
  • 1 turnkey exhaust system that connects into the existing building vertical duct riser, including a new roof mount fan that connects into a new ABB variable speed drive 
  • A high speed/low speed switch in the kitchen for the chefs functionality
