1 V-Filter bank rangehood (5.5m long x 1.7m wide), serving the main cookline equipment
2 Heat & Steam rangehoods, serving the combi oven and dishwashing equipment
2 turnkey kitchen exhaust systems. The main kitchen exhaust system connects into the V-Filter bank and Heat & Steam rangehoods (back to back) covering the combi oven, vertically discharging through the roof with a roof mounted fan on top. The smaller independent exhaust system connects into the V-Filter Bank rangehood that serves the dishwasher equipment, vertically discharging through the roof with a roof mount fan
1 turnkey supply air system, including an inline system that’s within the ceiling space to reduce the amount of heat traveling back through the system, penetrating through the roof above with a gooseneck bend located 6.5m away from the kitchen exhaust discharge point
