Good Luck Restaurant
14 month duration from the initial site meeting, to the project completion..
5 individual rangehoods; 1 being a water mist system, which serves the open wood fired pit and smoker equipment. This system is an independent system that continues through the back of the building, exits into the light well and continues up 4 storeys to the roof level. It is then treated by a double pass electrostatic precipitator to create an environmentally friendly discharge, 1 in-line exhaust fan which includes, acoustic treatment to achieve the compliant noise level.
4 V-Filter bank rangehoods, which serve the woks, combi ovens, deep fryers, 8 burners, 6 burners and smoker equipment. All of these hoods combine into 1 exhaust system which also continues through the back of the building, exiting into the light well and continues up 4 storeys to the roof level. It is then treated by a single pass electrostatic precipitator to create an environmentally friendly discharge, 2 in-line exhaust fans side by side which includes, acoustic treatment to achieve the compliant noise level.
This project was extremely complex, due to the overall sizing of all the ventilation systems combined, within such limited space and limited site access. Very rewarding and successful outcome!
