12 month duration from the initial site meeting, to project completion..

4 individual rangehoods; 2 being water mist, which serve the open wood fired pit and pizza oven equipment.. This system is an independent system that continues through the back of the building and discharges into the back lane. It is treated by a triple pass electrostatic precipitator, ozone injection and double pass carbon filtration to create an environmentally friendly discharge. 1 in-line exhaust fan, which includes acoustic treatment to achieve the compliant noise levels as well.

1 energy efficient rangehood and 1 heat & steam rangehood, which serve the combi ovens, deep fryers, 8 burner, target top, smoker and dishwashing equipment. Both these hoods combine into 1 exhaust system, which also continues to the back of the building and discharges into the back lane. It is treated by a twin pass electrostatic precipitator, ozone injection and twin pass carbon filtration to create an environmentally friendly discharge. 1 in-line exhaust fan, which includes acoustic treatment to achieve the compliant noise levels.

This project was extremely complex, due to the overall sizing of all the ventilation systems combined, within such limited space.. Very rewarding and successful outcome though!
